Furthermore, full-time employees often work better as teams (Hyland, 2013). Finally, full-time employees often develop a sense of loyalty to the company. Potential employees can be found through advertising vacant positions. In addition, finding potential employees can be done through word of mouth. Finally, there are situations where individuals tend to look for jobs themselves and they might land a job in the process. Diversity can be achieved through ensuring that there is some form of gender and ethnic balance within the work force (Tatli and Ozbilgin, 2009).
